You may have seen a new feature on our app and in your order history? In the current climate, event organisers are working hard to keep all of their guests safe whilst putting on amazing events.
We have brought in this feature to help event organisers collect guest information if they need to get in touch with you for example: If after the event it’s been brought to the event organisers attention that someone at the event has now tested positive for COVID19.
Then it’s the event organisers responsibility to get in touch with all guests promptly to notify them.
This feature will appear at the top of your ticket screen asking you for more information to unlock the tickets.
Please note: This feature is track & trace compliant and the details we collect are a legal requirement for track and trace.
Simply tap on ‘Guest Information Required’ and it will open a screen to collect guest information.
Do you have 1+ people on your booking? Each person needs to provide you with the required information so they can have their ticket unlocked. Please be aware you don’t have to fill out all the information for each guest at the same time you can enter details for 2 or 5 guests and that will unlock 2 or 5 tickets.
If your child is under 18, please input your information again to unlock their ticket!
Once all the information has been entered for each guest, all tickets will display as normal!
