Why do you need to request information for me to access my tickets?

You may have seen this feature on our app and in your order history.

We have brought in this feature to help event organisers collect guest information if they need to get in touch with you. This was originally a feature to assist with COVID-19 track and trace requirements.

Event organisers may still use this for a multitude of reasons, for example: to contact the person attending the event who may not be the named account holder the ticket is purchased under.

This feature will appear at the top of your ticket screen, asking you for more information to unlock the tickets.

Simply tap on ‘Guest Information Required’ and it will open a screen to collect guest information.

Do you have 1+ people on your booking? Each person needs to provide you with the required information so they can have their ticket unlocked. Please be aware you don’t have to fill out all the information for each guest at the same time you can enter details for 2 or 5 guests and that will unlock 2 or 5 tickets.

If your child is under 18, please input your information again to unlock their ticket!

Once all the information has been entered for each guest, all tickets will display as normal!
