If your event is eligible for Cool:Off and still within the refund window, you can request a refund quickly via the Skiddle website or app.
Requesting a Cool:Off Refund on the Skiddle Website
Go to www.skiddle.com/orders.
Click "Request Cool:Off refund" next to your eligible order.
You’ll be prompted to:
Select a reason for your refund request (this is for feedback purposes only—your refund will still be processed regardless of the reason).
Enter the last 4 digits of your payment card for security verification.
PayPal Users:
If you paid via PayPal, the last 4 digits of the card will default to '0000'
If the Cool:Off option is not visible for your order, it may mean:
The event is not Cool:Off eligible.
Your refund window has expired.
Or there may be a technical issue.
Requesting a Cool:Off Refund via the Skiddle App
Open the Skiddle app.
Navigate to 'My Tickets'.
Tap on the ticket you'd like to refund.
Under 'Options', select 'Cool:Off'.
Important Notes
Refunds are issued at face value only.
Booking fees and refund protection are non-refundable as per the terms of purchase.
