If the promoter has given you a discount code/password to use on their event listing, please follow the steps below.

On the event listing, scroll down to the bottom of the ticket dialogue box.

Simply click the 'Passworded Tickets' box and input your discount code/password.

Once the password is entered, a new ticket type will appear at the top of the listing. It will be displayed with an unlocked padlock icon next to the ticket name.

Once the discount code is entered, the price will be shown with the discount applied. Simply select how many tickets you would like and add them to your basket.

Be sure to check the price of your order on the checkout page, to ensure you have added the correct tickets to your basket.
