If you have missed a payment, you'll need to update your card details here so we can attempt to take the payment again as your order may be paused.
Please ensure you have sufficient funds for this to be deposited and that the payment is made.
If we are not provided with an alternative card we will attempt payment again on the 2nd of the month. If this payment fails, we will email you again and attempt payment again on the 5th of the month.
If payment is not received within 5 days of the due date, the plan will be placed on hold until you can arrange an alternative payment method.
If you do not do this, the payment plan may be cancelled and you will not receive the barcodes or a refund for any paid instalments (including booking fee(s)).
Please update your card details as soon as possible so you are not at risk of ticket cancellation.
