What happens if I miss a payment?

Step 1: Update Your Payment Details

If you’ve missed a payment, your order may be paused. To resolve this:

  • πŸ’³ Ensure there are sufficient funds available for the transaction to be successfully processed.


Step 2: Understand the Retry Schedule

If no new payment method is provided, we will automatically retry the payment using your existing details:

  • 2nd of the month – First retry attempt

  • 5th of the month – Second and final retry attempt

You will receive an email notification before each retry attempt if the previous one fails.


Step 3: What Happens if Payment Still Fails

If your payment is not received within 5 days of the original due date, your payment plan will be placed on hold.

To continue your plan:

  • βœ… You must provide an alternative payment method

  • ❌ If no action is taken, your plan may be cancelled, and:

    • You will not receive your ticket barcodes

    • No refund will be issued for any paid installments, including booking fees

To avoid ticket cancellation and loss of your installment payments:
