I have booked a multi-day event/festival and it looks like I’ve booked the wrong date?

I'm not sure if I have purchased the correct dates for a multi day event?

Updated over a week ago

We aim to make booking a festival or multi-day event as seamless and clear as possible.
Below is a detailed explanation of how your event dates and ticket validity are presented.

How Event Dates Are Displayed in Your Confirmation Email

When you receive your email confirmation, you will see two different dates listed:

  • Event Start Date:
The official first day of the entire event or festival.

  • Ticket Validity Date:
The specific date(s) you have purchased tickets for, shown further down in the itemisation section of your email.

Example:

  • Event Start Date: June 1, 2025

  • Ticket Validity Date: June 3, 2025 (the actual day your ticket grants you entry)

How Event Dates Are Displayed in the App

Within the app, your ticket(s) will display:

  • First Day of the Event: If your ticket is for a single day.

  • First and Last Day of the Event: If your ticket covers multiple days.

However, the ticket name will always clearly state the specific day your ticket is valid for.

Example:

  • Event Ticket Name: "Festival Day 3 – June 3, 2025"

How to Download and Check Your Tickets

You can also:

  • Download your ticket(s) directly from your confirmation email.

  • Verify ticket validity: The downloaded ticket will clearly state the specific date your ticket is valid for.

What to Do If You Believe the Date Is Incorrect
