Reasons why you might be having issues purchasing tickets.

Updated over a year ago

I am not able to enter card details:

The card fields on our checkout come from our payment provider, so until this has loaded you will not be able to fill out that box. The best thing to do is to check your connection or try again later on.

The verification white box is spinning and nothing is happening:

This signifies that the connection to the bank is timed out or the network connection is poor. The best thing to do is to check your connection or try again later on.

Another reason you may be receiving this error is that the bank provider is having issues with their systems. In this case, we advise using a payment card from a different bank.

There is an unhappy face in the 3d secure box:

This is direct communication from the bank which we have no control over. The unhappy face signifies that the connection to the bank timed out or the network connection is poor. The best thing to do is to check your connection or try again later on.

I'm receiving a Post Code error:

If you notice the following message in the payment box and are having an issue completing your order then this could be due to the promoter’s security settings. In this case, we will need to contact the event organisers so please let us know and try again later.

I can't add tickets to my basket:

If you're experiencing an issue with adding tickets to your basket or you're getting the message 'you have no items in your basket' then you just need to clear your caches (browsing history).

This can easily be done via your internet browser settings and, ta-da, your booking will now be complete!
