If you do screenshot your barcodes within the app, then a warning message will be displayed. This is to deter people from duplicating tickets multiple times.
Please be aware that your ticket(s) won't be cancelled if you do screenshot them within the app, but unauthorised duplication of tickets may result in them being cancelled with no refund. This also applies if we spot them being resold on another website.

Please ensure you only share the screenshot with the person the ticket was intended for. A ticket can only be scanned once upon entry, and any of the same barcodes scanned will not permit entry.
