What Happens If You Screenshot Your Ticket Barcode?

If you take a screenshot of your ticket barcode within the app, a warning message will appear. This warning is designed to discourage the unauthorised duplication of tickets.

Important Notes:

  • Your ticket will not be cancelled simply because you screenshot it within the app.

  • However, if we detect unauthorised duplication or resale of your ticket (e.g., the same barcode used multiple times or listed on third-party websites), your ticket may be cancelled without a refund.

How to Share a Ticket Properly

If you need to send your ticket to someone else, please follow the official transfer process to avoid any issues.

  • Visit our guide on how to transfer tickets securely.

  • Only share a ticket or its screenshot with the intended recipient.

  • Each ticket barcode can only be scanned once for entry.

  • If the same barcode is scanned more than once, only the first scan will be accepted, and subsequent attempts will be denied entry.
