What Happens If You Screenshot Your Ticket Barcode?
If you take a screenshot of your ticket barcode within the app, a warning message will appear. This warning is designed to discourage the unauthorised duplication of tickets.
Important Notes:
Your ticket will not be cancelled simply because you screenshot it within the app.
However, if we detect unauthorised duplication or resale of your ticket (e.g., the same barcode used multiple times or listed on third-party websites), your ticket may be cancelled without a refund.
How to Share a Ticket Properly
If you need to send your ticket to someone else, please follow the official transfer process to avoid any issues.

Only share a ticket or its screenshot with the intended recipient.
Each ticket barcode can only be scanned once for entry.
If the same barcode is scanned more than once, only the first scan will be accepted, and subsequent attempts will be denied entry.
