When can I download my tickets?
Tickets will be available to download from 12 PM on Wednesday, 13th August 2025 via your Skiddle account or app.

Can I request a chargeback or refund via my bank?
No. Your ticket(s) were issued under the agreement that you will not pursue a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank. Doing so may be seen as a duplicate claim and may result in cancellation of your tickets.
