Have my tickets been confirmed?

Yes! If you received a confirmation email, your Hardwick Festival 2025 tickets are confirmed.


When can I download my tickets?

Tickets will be available from 12 PM on Wednesday, 13th August 2025.


Is camping, parking, or a motorhome pitch included?

No. These must be purchased separately, and availability is limited. Please book early to avoid missing out.


I purchased a โ€˜live-in vehicleโ€™ pass earlierโ€”what now?

If you previously purchased a live-in vehicle pass through Wannasee Ltd, the value will be credited to your Skiddle account within 24 hours. You can then apply this credit when booking a motorhome pitch.

  • For the full weekend only

  • ๐Ÿ›ป You do not need to purchase regular camping if bringing a motorhome

Can I bring a caravan?

Hardwick Festival does not allow caravans on site, but you can stay at Sedgefield Racecourse instead:

  • No electric: ยฃ90/weekend

  • With electric hook-up: ยฃ120/weekend

  • ยฃ10 per adult, free for under 18s

    • Friday: 10:00 AM โ€“ 2:00 PM

  • Departure by Monday 2:00 PM

How do I book camping, parking, or a motorhome pitch?

  1. Scroll to the ticket box

  2. Click the orange "Unlock" button
    โ€‹

  3. Enter your 16-digit Wannasee order reference (e.g., 250616-120504-1234)

  • For camping/motorhomes: Go to Accommodation
    โ€‹

  • For parking: Go to Travel
    โ€‹

Can I request a chargeback or refund via my bank?

No. Your ticket(s) were issued under the agreement that you will not pursue a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank. Doing so may be seen as a duplicate claim and may result in cancellation of your tickets.
