Is camping or parking included?
No, camping and parking are not included with your weekend ticket and must be purchased separately.
How much is weekend camping?
£10 per adult
Free for children (under 18)
Available check-in:
Thursday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Departure by Monday, 2:00 PM
Max pitch size: 7m x 3m

Can I request a chargeback or refund via my bank?
No. Your ticket(s) were issued under the agreement that you will not pursue a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank. Doing so may be seen as a duplicate claim and may result in cancellation of your tickets.
