Following a recent internal update of the Skiddle login process, some users may have been logged out of the Skiddle website and app and be asked to reset their password.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and understand some customers may be receiving expired links.
To resolve this please do the following:
Before attempting to login to the Skiddle app
In a web browser, (ideally) not on a mobile device
Please visit: https://www.skiddle.com/register/forgottenpassword.php
Wait for the email to come through. It should be instant, though please allow a few moments before requesting a new one.
Update your password following the online process.
You will now be able to login to the website using the new username and password.
To login to the app
Please ensure you have taken the above steps first.
Then when logging into the Skiddle app, enter the email address associated with your account.
Click login.
You will have received an email entitled 'Login to Skiddle App'
Make sure this is the most recent version of the email by checking the time.
Click 'Press Here to Login'
