If a staff member is using their own device, you can set up a guest login, keeping your personal account password secure. To do this, head to your Dashboard (https://promotioncentre.co.uk/welcome.php). You will see under the main tabs a smaller sub tab section, the second one along is titled ‘My app settings’, as seen below. Click on this.
Once on this screen (https://promotioncentre.co.uk/app-settings.php) you will be able to set up a user, and their functionalities.
Please note, when they go to log into the App they will need to put in YOUR main email address, then the password that you have set up for them.
The "Name" of the app user is only for your own personal reference, and will not be used for the user to log in.
With a name and password inputted, you can decide what functionality you would like the user to have. If "Scan" is selected, they will be able to log in to Rapidscan and use their mobile devices as a scanner. If "Scan+Sell" is selected, they will be able to Sell any box office tickets you may have set up.
"Supervisor" will give the user supervisor privileges, meaning they can make changes to users and further admin options.
These users will only have access to use the RapidScan App and not your promoter account.
