What is a payment plan?
A payment plan is ticket system set up for customers who want to spread their ticket cost over a number of months.
How does a payment plan work?
The payment is broken down into three main parts…
- Deposit: Initial payment plus the full booking fee
- Instalment: The middle or part payments.
- Balance: The final payment.
For Example:
3 Month Payment Plan
Weekend Ticket (Total to pay = £80 + £8.25 booking fee)
Deposit Payment: £20 + £8.25 Booking Fee
1st Automated Monthly Instalment: £30
Balance Payment: £30

Deposit Payment: £5+ £5.75 Booking Fee
1st Automated Monthly Instalment: £10
2nd Automated Monthly Instalment: £10
3rd Automated Monthly Instalment: £10
4th Automated Monthly Instalment: £10

The customer will sign up to the Payment Plan by paying the Initial Payment (The Deposit) + Booking Fees. The Initial Payment (including Booking Fee) will be charged to their credit or debit card immediately upon their election to purchase the Ticket during the Eligibility Period.
The Initial Payment is non-refundable and no claim can be made to recover this money in any way whatsoever. The Initial Payment includes a per ticket Booking Fee as set out above which is also non-refundable.
Once they have signed up & made the deposit payment, Skiddle will then automatically debit their card on a monthly basis. Payment will be taken on or around the 1st of each month as specified below: There will always be at least one calendar month between the deposit payment and the first instalment.
For Example: For any Payment Plan opened with an Initial Payment made in January 2019, the first automated payment will be taken on or around 1st March 2019, then monthly thereafter if applicable.
