We have a number of criteria that your event listing must meet in order for it to appear in our Skiddle App. These can be located in the Promotion Centre alongside your event.
Find this by heading to My Events > View My Events Overview > Click on the name of your event. In the centre of the screen there will be the below box entitled ‘Where will your event be shown?’
This shows where your event will be displayed. As you can see from this example, the mobile app is not ticked.
To ensure your event appears in the app, you must complete the following:
- A short event description of 100 - 150 characters
- A good, clean image (without any text ideally, although you can have up to 20% of the image as text)
- Tickets on sale
- Event set to ‘Public’
Once these have been completed, the crosses will turn to ticks and your event will soon appear in the app.
