If the ticket has left our offices were are unable to advise on the delivery status until it is returned back to us. Which we have no reason to believe it will be until Royal Mail confirm the item has been 'returned to sender'.
If the event is getting closer and you still haven't received your tickets then we may be able to arrange for you to collect your tickets from the box office. This method of delivery is called 'collect (COBO)'. For more information about this then head to More Information on 'collect' tickets
Due to the possibility of a long wait at the box office, it's better for you to have your physical tickets. As such, we wouldn't advise arranging a 'collect' unless absolutely necessary.
Once a collection has been arranged then the original tickets will not be valid for use at the event as the barcodes will have been cancelled.
We understand it can be frustrating but please keep an eye on the Royal Mail track and trace for updates once a delivery has been attempted by Royal Mail.
