If you feel that you're no longer able to attend the event based on local lockdown\tier restrictions then please be aware that refunds can only be issued if the event is cancelled or postponed as agreed upon purchase.
You're advised to pass your ticket(s) on privately to avoid losing out on the money spent.
Alternatively, you may wish to get in touch with the event organisers directly as any refunds of this nature at their discretion. If they authorise a refund for you then we'll be more than happy to issue you with a refund.
