We like to be transparent by keeping you guys in the know when it comes to your posted ticket orders, and to do this, we have created a dashboard for your own reference.
In most instances, we request external stock from the event organisers/venue in plenty of time to send your tickets to you.
- All dispatched: we have received the stock from the promoters and have posted all current ticket sales to older holders.
- Dispatching: we've received the stock and it has been logged into our system. Your tickets will be sent to you in due course.
- Awaiting stock: we have not yet received the stock from the event organiser/venue. Presently, we are unable to post any orders for this event.
You may notice that a percentage of orders have been posted for your event, but the status is awaiting stock.
This means that we have received a certain number of tickets from the promoters, and at present, the number of tickets does not satisfy the current ticket sales. Don't worry, we'll ask for more!
