If you need to get in touch with your ticket holders, about information specific to the event they have bought tickets for, you can do this via the Promotion Centre. It is very important that when you communicate with customers using the following method, that it is only with information pertinent to the event, and not for marketing purposes, as this could incur hefty penalties for breach of GDPR.
First off, head to the Ticket Overview screen to bring up all your ticket orders:https://promotioncentre.co.uk/tickets-overview.php
Then in the box with the relevant event, hit the ‘Order Admin’ button.
If this is the first time you’ve viewed this, you will need to read and sign a GDPR form to ensure the data in this section is used within the remit of the law. Once signed, you will then need to head to your emails and follow the link sent to you from us. After this has all been completed, you will be able to access your ticketholder’s data.
Once you’ve clicked Order Admin, click ‘Show download data’.
This will then download all the contact data for the customers specific to this event as a /csv file, which can be opened with any spreadsheet software. From this document, you can collate the email addresses and contact your customers independently.
