You are able to place an order for printed tickets via the Promotion Centre.
To do this head to the dashboard and click ‘Sell Tickets’ scroll to the bottom of the page and on the left hand side it shows ‘Order tickets for offline sales’ below this click ‘Order Tickets’.
Here you will need to pick the event the tickets are for, ticket type, quantity and the price.
Once this information has been inputted, all you need to do is click calculate cost, and the tickets have been ordered.
Our ticketing team will put together a proof, this will be emailed over to you and once this is approved tickets will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days from the order date.
