There are a number of options available to promoters for both free promotion and extra paid promotion for your events.

- The event submission criteria to apply for all free promotion channels is shown below:-
- Tickets on sale and available to buy
- Event image uploaded
- Event short description must be at least 100 characters
- No repeated short descriptions between events
- No more than 20% text in event image
- Visibility must be set to 'Public'
- Event not in draft
- Tagged Artists
Full information on this can be found on the events overview section of the Promotion Centre once your event has been created. To access this and to see if you are eligible across all promotion channels, head to 'manage events' then click on 'view my events overview'. From here, click on the title of your event and the section 'where will your event be shown?' will be displayed at the bottom of the 'event overview' page.
One option for extra promotion is to pay to feature your event. This can be set up on the 'add event' screen, meaning your event will be highlighted on our event guides so it stands out from other events.
Featured events gain around 5x more exposure than regular events so are a fantastic way of helping to gain new interest in your event.
Another paid promotion option is to book in a banner to be displayed on the site. Full details of banners can be found here - https://promotioncentre.co.uk/knowledgebase-article.php?i=36 and can be booked at the following link https://promotioncentre.co.uk/banners-overview.php
There is also the option to send out an eFlyer for your event. This is a dedicated mailshot for your event(s), sent out focused to specific customers from our data based on location, age, gender, artists following/booked for, genres booked for previously etc. Full info on eFlyers can be found here - https://promotioncentre.co.uk/knowledgebase-article.php?i=10.
