You can change how often you get ticket reports, who the reports are sent to, or switch all alerts of entirely by editing your tickets.
To do this head to your ticket overview screen https://promotioncentre.co.uk/tickets-overview.php
Then scroll down to your event, and then click on the ticket you wish to edit reports for.
On the ticket set up page, scroll to the bottom and click on ‘Show advanced options’.
Scroll to the bottom again and you’ll see the ‘Ticket count/reports section’. In there you have the fields to input your email address as well as a drop-down menu which shows how often you will get reports to that email address. If you want to stop your ticket reports altogether, switch it from the default of ‘9am daily’ to ‘Never’.
You also have the option to just get reports on Monday and Friday if you’d like to get them less frequently.
You can also add in multiple emails to receive ticket reports. To do so add in each email address with a single space in between.
