To get your customer lists for an event, you must first ensure that all tickets are closed in so that there are no unaccounted for late sales that would not appear on your list.
To download your Customer Lists, head to the Sell Tickets tab in the Promotion Centre, then click ‘View my tickets’.
Scroll down until you find the event you want the lists for, then click ‘Customer Lists’ above the ticket names. On that screen you have the option to download the data in both .txt and .csv formats. We recommend using the .csv format for use in Excel or other Spreadsheet software.
Additionally, you can select ‘Print Rapidscan Backup List’ and print the entire list directly from that .html page.
