We have a process in place whereby the organisers can let us know if they’d like us to process your refund request received outside of the time frame as we want to avoid customers from being passed around where possible.

Please be aware that unless it’s clear in the communication that a refund has been authorised by the organisers, it may be an indication that the refund has not been granted in this instance, and you will be advised to pass your tickets on privately.
