Due to the nature of the internet, occasionally our emails can get caught in spam filters, get delayed, or get lost. However, we do work very hard to ensure this doesn't happen.
One way to ensure this doesn't happen is to add us as a contact into your email account so it will then recognise the emails we send. Just add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts.
