1 If you have previously postponed your event with a new date "to be confirmed", but now find yourself in a position where the event cannot go ahead on a future date, this will require updating to "Cancelled".
Start by clicking "Manage Events".
2 Next, click "View my events overview".
3 Click on the name of the event you need to cancel.
4 In this red banner, click this link to update the status of your event.
5 Select cancelled.
6 As when you postponed the event originally, please state here the public reason for cancellation.
7 Once you're happy with these details, click "Preview".
8 This is a preview of the email that ticket holders will receive, informing them that the event is no longer being re-scheduled and that they shall be receiving a refund.
9 Click "Cancel event".
10 This banner confirms that your event is now cancelled.

12 This red box confirms the event is cancelled and displays the public reason for cancellation.
