If you have seen either a social media post, a statement from the organisers or even in a newspaper (yes we've had that one before!) that an event you have purchased tickets for has been cancelled/postponed/changed venue please bring this to our attention.
We do have a really comprehensive website, but as Skiddle are a self-service ticket agent, we do rely on the event organisers to inform us or event changes.
If you can see that the event is still active on our website and due to take place as scheduled please contact us with some evidence of these alterations (e.g. a screenshot from the official facebook event page)
Once we have received this we reach out to the event organiser and encourage them to cancel/update the event on Skiddle if needed.
Please keep an eye on your inbox and if the event isn't going ahead, we'll drop you an email to let you know.
Please also be aware that if the event has been cancelled you will always be entitled to a refund.
The same goes for an event that has been postponed, you can request a refund up to 7 days after the rescheduled date has been announced.
