Once you have postponed your event you will need to list the new date to start selling tickets again.
Instead of having to input all the information again, you can just copy it over.
To do this head to the Manage Events tab > Then onto View my events overview.
Click on the name of your event > Then on the left-hand side select 'Copy to new event' (under the Edit Event heading in the left-hand column).
This will prefill all your information, apart from the date.
Please insert the new rescheduled date in the 'When' section.
Once this has been done, click on 'save event and add tickets'.
To start selling for your rescheduled date, you will need to add the same tickets as the original event onto your new listing.
Please Note: We move the ticket sales over for any customers that haven't requested a refund. Please amend your allocation with this in mind.
