To postpone your event, head to the Promotion Centre.
Click Manage Events > View My Events Overview and select the event you need to postpone.
On the left-hand side in the ‘Edit Details’ box there is an option to ‘Cancel/Postpone’ - Select this.
Please enter the new date in which your event has been rescheduled to. Alternatively, if this is not confirmed please tick the box 'date to be confirmed'.
Please enter the reason why you are postponing your event, for example 'unforeseen circumstances'.
Then select ‘preview’.
You are then taken to a preview of the email which your customers will receive.
Select the 'Cancel Event' button.
Please note, the text on this button does not change, if you have selected to 'postpone' your event, your event will be postponed and NOT cancelled.
Customers will be notified of the postponement by email and if you have stated your new date, the email will include an options link, one of which allows them to refund their order.

How do I create my new listing for my TBC postponed event?
NB: Whilst the current situation with Covid-19/Coronavirus is outstanding, we will regretfully not be able to issue refunds of booking fees. Instead, we are offering credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found in the customer automated refund email.
