When will I receive my Ticket/s?
Your Ticket/s will be delivered to you via an email confirmation to the address provided to us upon purchase of your booking.
You can resend the receipt for your email confirmation by accessing your order history at www.skiddle.com/orders
If you've lost or not received your confirmation please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
I've booked the wrong ticket, what can I do?

Why does my Ticket / Confirmation state Friday 9th September when I've purchased a Saturday / Sunday / Weekend Ticket?
Your Ticket and Confirmation email will both state Friday 9th September as this is the official event commencement date - Please see the 'Order Item' or 'Ticket Type' to confirm which Date you have purchased for.
Both of my Tickets state the same name, can I update the name on one of my tickets?
If you have purchased more than one Rapidscan Ticket under one order, all Tickets will state the same name and this will not affect your entry into the event.
We do not have the facility to individually name each Ticket if they have been purchased as part of a multiple on one order.
I received a competition email for Winners / Guestlist Tickets to The Social Festival - is this genuine?
If you have been emailed a promotional code/password for 'Winners' or 'Guestlist' Tickets for The Social Festival, we can confirm the genuineness of the competition and your ticket/s will be valid for the date you select to purchase.
