If the event you have purchased tickets for an event that has been cancelled you'll automatically be refunded within 7 days of being notified (where Skiddle hold the ticket funds) so you don't need to do anything.
If the event you have purchased tickets for has been postponed then you have two options:
- In many cases, the event may be postponed to an alternative date. If you wish to attend the new date, your existing ticket will still be valid and don't need to take any action.
- If no alternative date is arranged, or you cannot attend the new date, you will be entitled to a refund of the ticket. You will receive an email containing a link, which you can click to claim your refund.
We realise an event postponement or cancellation is not your fault, so we will refund your original purchase in full (Face Value, booking fees and any unused postage). Please note we cannot refund SMS fees, Charity Donations or refund protection policies due to the costs we've already incurred to process your order.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the postponement (and before the rescheduled date).
NB: In the case where a refund is due and Skiddle do not hold the ticket funds, the responsibility and liability for issuing refunds lies with the event promoter.
Please note, we can only process refunds if we are informed of the cancellation by the event promoter. If you have not received a refund within 2 days, or the event is not showing as cancelled on Skiddle, please get in touch so we can pursue the matter on your behalf.
