If the event you have purchased tickets for an event that has been cancelled you'll automatically be refunded within 7 days of being notified (where Skiddle hold the ticket funds) so you don't need to do anything.
We can only process refunds if we are informed of the cancellation by the event promoter. If you have not received an email to confirm this, or the event is not showing as cancelled on Skiddle, please get in touch here, so we can pursue the matter on your behalf.
We realise an event cancellation is not your fault, so we will refund your original purchase in full (Face Value, booking fees and any unused postage). NB. Refund protection fees and charity donations are non-refundable
