Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed in the Terms and Conditions upon purchase. We're sorry, but these are the rules set by our event promoters.
We understand there may be some exceptional circumstances out of your control such as family emergencies that will prevent you from attending an event you have a ticket for.
Depending on the situation, we can refer your request across to the event organiser to see if a refund is possible. Ultimately, this decision will always lie solely with the promoter so if you can no longer make an event and Re:Sell\Cool:Off isn't available for you, the best way to guarantee that you don't lose out on the money spent is to pass your tickets on privately.
We're afraid we are unable to refer refund requests if you are unable to attend the event due to work commitments, if you've double booked yourself or if you simply haven't got anything to wear!
