At Skiddle, we want all events to be inclusive and enjoyable for everyone.
We operate a self-service platform and the organisers of the events listed on Skiddle determine the ticket types available.
If you require a personal assistant ticket for the event you would like to attend, then raise a support request with our customer care team. We'll be more than happy to refer your request over to the event organisers on your behalf.
Please also let us know if you have any specific requirements, as we may not be aware of the venue's disabled access. We will do our best to obtain this information from the venue/promoter. However, you may wish to refer to the venue's own website for more info in the meantime.
If personal assistant tickets are available for the event, to automatically be eligible, we will ask you to provide a copy of one of the following:
- The front page of DLA / PIP (no specific rate)
- The front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate)
- Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- Valid Credability Access Card
What is the Access Card?
The Access Card is a scheme developed by Nimbus Disability and is widely accepted at events and venues across the UK. It offers a new & dynamic method of translating customers specific needs or requirements into symbols which highlight the barriers you face and the reasonable adjustments you may need.
For more information please visit www.accesscard.org.uk
Please note: Some of the events on Skiddle may already offer their own access scheme, so we advise double-checking the event listing before submitting a request.
