At Skiddle, we want all events to be inclusive and enjoyable for everyone.
We operate a self-service platform and the organisers of the events listed on Skiddle determine the ticket types available.
If you require a personal assistant ticket for the event you would like to attend then please check the event information which may include details of how to obtain a personal assistant ticket.
If this information isn't present then you may wish to contact the organisers\venue directly who will be able to let you know if they're offering any concessionary tickets.
Alternatively, you can raise a support request with our customer care team and we'll be more than happy to refer your PA ticket request over to the event organisers on your behalf.
To be eligible for a PA / Carer ticket we may ask for you to provide one of the following:
-The front page of DLA letter with PIP letter
-The front page of Attendance Allowance letter
-Evidence of being registered as severely sight impaired (blind)
-Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
-Valid Access Card showing you require a +1 to accompany you
What is the Access Card?
The Access Card is a scheme developed by Nimbus Disability and is widely accepted at events and venues across the UK. It offers a new & dynamic method of translating customers specific needs or requirements into symbols which highlight the barriers you face and the reasonable adjustments you may need.
