First of all, please double check you have sufficient funds for your purchase. You never know, you might have forgotten about those extra trips to the bar for drinks you bought the night before last using your contactless card!
If you have checked your balance and your bank card still isn't being accepted then please check you have entered the details correctly (16 digit card number, expiry date, and 3 digit security code on the back).
After checking that these details are correct and the transaction still won't complete, then please give your bank a quick call. A decline may indicate there has been a marker placed on your card or that the 3D secure needs resetting, both of which your bank provider will be able to assist you with.
Once you've covered these steps then you'll be able to go back onto the Skiddle website, order your tickets and look forward to the event!

Not being able to enter your card details at all. This is due to a connectivity issue so please make sure you have sufficient wifi\phone connection then re-try.
Clicking 'complete order' and nothing is happening. Please make sure you have filled out all the required fields* on the checkout page.
There is an unhappy face icon in the 3D secure box. This is direct communication with the bank which we have no control over. An unhappy face means that the connection to the bank timed out or the network is poor. We would advise checking your connection or try a different device.
