There's a number of reasons why your tickets may not be showing in the app.
First of all, maybe you've just not bought any. We suggest doing so, there's always some pretty spectacular shows within our listings.
Secondly, and this happens more often than you'd think, you might not be logged into the app correctly. Make sure you log in with the same email address you used when purchasing and your tickets will be in the 'My Tickets' section, simple. If you used the 'guest checkout' we will automatically assign your tickets to the account with a matching email address.
The final reason your barcodes may not be showing is due to us suspending the barcodes. We sometimes do this for the most high profile events to stop those pesky touts.
