All email confirmations are sent immediately once your order is placed and will arrive just a few seconds after you have purchased your tickets.
Occasionally emails may get delayed or lost - due to the nature of the internet and nasty spammers, sometimes our innocent emails can get caught in spam filters.
We work very hard to ensure this doesn't happen, but ultimately we're not in control of how your email provider categorises emails so please check your spam/junk folder if your confirmation email does not appear in your inbox.
It is possible to resend your email confirmation to yourself or an alternative address at any time by heading to www.skiddle.com/orders>'Resend Receipt'
Note: If you have clicked "Mark as Junk" on a Skiddle email in the past, there is a high likelihood that your email provider will categorise any other emails from us (including your email confirmations) as junk. As such, please be careful and it may help to add 'email@example.com' to your 'safe list' or contacts list.
