You can access your order history at http://www.skiddle.com/orders where you can easily resend your ticket collection email (to the same address or a different one if you're having issues accessing a particular email account)
In some cases, you may not have received your confirmation due to an error when inputting your email address. This can easily be resolved and we would ask you to contact us before making another booking to avoid paying for your tickets twice!

If you are unsure whether your order has completed and our offices are closed then simply check your outstanding transactions with your bank. This is always a good indication of whether or not your booking has gone through.
Should the event be at a time after our offices have closed and before they re-open, you can try contacting the organisers via their social pages or the door staff may be able to manually redeem your tickets at the event if you're able to produce sufficient ID along with the email confirmation.
