Firstly, log in to Promotion Centre and click Manage Events.

Next, click "View my events overview".

Find the event you wish to cancel and click the name of the event.

Under "edit event" on the left hand side, click "Cancel/Postpone".

Scroll down and click Cancelled.

In the highlighted box, type the reason for cancellation. This will be made public on the listing and also emailed to ticket holders.
This may be something like "Unforeseen circumstances" or "Cancelled due to weather conditions" and so on. -
Once you're happy with your reason for cancellation, click "Preview".

This page shows the email your ticket holders will receive, informing them of the cancellation. Click "Cancel Event" to confirm this.

The red box confirms that your event is cancelled.
