23 STEPS
-
Once logged on to Promotion Centre, head into Manage Events.
-
Click "multi event submission".
-
Start by typing the name of the event. This will be the same for all events added using this form (individual event names can be changed after this, if required)
-
Next is the venue for these events. This form should only be used for events taking place at the same venue, as this will set the venue for all events added using this method.
-
Type here what the ticket prices start at. For example, "From £5 incl fees"
-
Select the start time for the events.
-
Select the end for the events.
-
If a last entry time is applicable, select this here. If not applicable, select the "-" option.
-
Enter the short description for the event here. This should ideally be between 100 - 150 characters.
-
Select the category that these events come under.
-
If the events are live music events, enter the genres here.
-
Choose the event image here. I have chosen a previously used image, but a new image can be uploaded by clicking "upload"
-
Click the calendar to select the date of the first event.
-
Select your first date.
-
Click "add another date".
-
This will add another box to enter the second date.
-
Select your 2nd date.
-
Continue this for however many dates you wish to add.
-
Once all dates have been added, these boxes can be used to add line up's or any other necessary information to your events.
This info can be edited further after saving, should you need to do so. -
"copy from previous" will add the same information as the previous date, should you wish to do this.
-
Once all dates have been added and all required information has been entered, click "Save event"
-
Click "Got to my Event Listings".
-
All your events will have now been saved as individual listings.
