To get in touch with your customers, you would first need to head to the ‘Sell Tickets’ tab in the promotion centre. From here, locate the event in which you need to contact customers for and click on ‘Order Admin’.
If this is the first time you are getting in touch with your customers, you will be required to read and sign a GDPR form. After signing this form, you must head to your emails and follow the link sent to you from Skiddle. This will then enable you to access your ticketholder’s data. Going back to the ‘Order Admin’ click on ‘Show download data’. This will automatically download the contact data for this particular event to a csv file which can be uploaded/opened onto a spreadsheet. Having attained this spreadsheet, you can collate each name to email address and email them independently.
