Skiddle’s access scheme has been created to ensure that our customers enjoy the events they want to attend to the full extent, with the experience being a great one from the word go. The Access Scheme has been one of our company’s goal within 2019.
With this aim in mind, we set up the Skiddle Access Scheme to ensure that people with disabilities can enjoy the experience without any hindrances. Our Customer Care team receives many calls/emails from customers trying to obtain Personal Assistant tickets and/or trying to find general accessibility information about an event. In many cases, we then have to follow up these requests with promoters, who may not have even considered the possibility of disabled people wanting to attend their events. Our Access Scheme will allow customers who require a personal assistant to attend events with them to purchase tickets as seamlessly as a customer who doesn’t have these needs.
