I don't know the last 4 digits of my card number to access my ticket(s)

The easiest way to access your tickets is to download the Skiddle app if you can’t remember the last 4 digits or if your card has changed since booking.

To do so, just check your inbox for your collection email and select 'Get Your Ticket - Show on your iPhone / Android Phone'.

From here, you'll automatically be logged into the Skiddle app and your ticket QR code(s) will be shown under the 'My tickets' section.

If you'd prefer not to download the Skiddle app, then you also have the option to 'print a PDF of your ticket' from within your collection email.
