If your remittance has been sent to your old bank account we have to wait until the bank account returns the funds to us. As the entire remittance process is automated and cannot be overridden.
It is the responsibility of the promoter to ensure their bank details are correct at all times.
This can take up to a week. We can check on the status of your remittance a week later to see if funds have been sent back.
