If you are not receiving your daily ticket count please check your email address is correct in the ticket report box.
You can find this by heading to the 'Sell Tickets' tab at the top of the Dashboard then clicking on 'View my tickets' in the overview section. Locate the ticket you would like the reports for and edit this ticket by pressing the pencil icon.
Your email needs to be inputted to the 'advanced options' section - You can also select what time. If you would like this report to go to numerous email addresses you just need to put a space and type the other email addresses, then save your ticket.
