We will always strive to notify ticket holders of an event postponement or cancellation prior to the event taking place.

We understand that you will be keen to know whether an event you have booked will be going ahead or not.

As we operate a self-service platform, we rely on the organisers to action an event cancellation or postponement on the Skiddle website. They will currently be exploring all of the options available to them for the future of the event. This isn't an easy process with many moving parts, including digressing government updates into how the running of future events may look.

If your event has been cancelled or postponed we will notify all ticket holders via email with all the information, so we do advise keeping a close eye out on your emails.

We are, however, actively encouraging organisers to action these changes where necessary so that our communication is absolutely up to date and correct.

I've seen that an event I have purchased tickets for has been cancelled/postponed but it is still live on Skiddle?
